GEOSCOPE X is operated by Lemniscate ehf. (company ID 711019-1030), registered in Iceland ("Lemniscate", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you have the authority to accept them on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

GEOSCOPE X analyses websites and reports how visible they are to AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, and generates supporting files (schema blueprints, llms.txt). Reports and scores are informational only; they may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal or marketing advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for verifying them before relying on them.

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• Use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Introduce malware, probe or scan our infrastructure, or interfere with security.
• Scrape the service, circumvent plan limits or access controls, or resell access.
• Reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
• Scan websites you have no right or permission to analyse in an abusive manner.

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.

We own the service and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the limits of your plan. Content you generate for your own site (such as schema blueprints and llms.txt files) is yours to use.

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through our payment provider. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, we may delete your data after a reasonable period; export anything you need beforehand.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
